Delivery Terms & Carriage Charges  

We charge for post and packaging based on the weight of the order when packed ready for dispatch. Orders not over 1kg are sent by Royal Mail, the Post Office rates being charged at cost with a minimum of £0.99. Orders over 1kg are sent by Courier at a cost of £8.00 per delivery and with a maximum weight of 25kg. You should receive your goods within between 2 -7 working days of placing your order.

International Orders

We are pleased to receive any international orders. When received we will always email you to confirm delivery times and charges before dispatch. We will forward all orders by the above methods as soon as possible after payment has been confirmed. You should expect delivery within 7 days. If any item on your order is out of stock we will contact you and advise you of the expected delay. You will be given the option to wait for the item to be delivered or to cancel your order for that item Returns

Returns

We operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition (undamaged) & unopened within 14 days AND We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
 Less any shipping charges.
